Refund Policy
Returns and Cancellations:
Memberships and service packages are non-refundable after 7 days from the date of purchase.
If a member wishes to cancel their membership or service package within the specified return period, a refund may be issued minus any applicable fees (such as an administrative fee).
Refunds for unused portions of memberships or services will be prorated based on the remaining term or sessions, minus any applicable fees.
Memberships or services that have already been used or partially used are not eligible for refunds.
Requests for cancellations and refunds must be made in writing or through an official cancellation process provided by the gym.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Exchanges:
● Exchanges of memberships or service packages for other goods or services are not permitted.
Gifts:
Gift memberships or service packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
Recipients of gift memberships or services may transfer the gift to another individual if they are unable to utilize it themselves, subject to approval by the gym management.
